Promotion of cross-border and inter-professional career exchanges for our members

The network of numerous founding members of EPBN invites other LGBTI+ professional associations across Europe with a focus on business and labour to join forces even more in the future to represent all our concerns at European level. The worrying political and social developments not only among our neighbours in Central and Eastern Europe, such as the declaration of more and more Polish cities and municipalities as „LGBTIQ-free zones“, make it clear that commitment and visibility are still necessary. As a European platform for all national member associations, EPBN aims to be a reliable contact for international issues and European institutions. EPBN has its headquarters in Berlin.
